Things were explained to me that I never knew. Ed took the time to allow me to understand everything that could be done. He also explained why regular hearing aids don't work for me. I also had the opportunity to look inside my ear canal, that was amazing. If I could I would give ten stars.

Did my first appointment here. Edward was amazing. Really nice and funny guy. Did a great job on testing my hearing. Found out that I was having a harder time hearing in my right ear. I thought it was the left ear. He ordered hearing aids for me and they don't cost me nothing out of pocket. Hopefully I will hear better by Thanksgiving.

Ed & Karen were professional, friendly, & good listeners. This was a positive experience.
